    The primary goal of the project is to build a modern, well-equipped school in Sumerpur, Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh. The school will provide quality education facilities for local students, improving the overall literacy rate and educational infrastructure in the region.

    Scope of Work:

    • Land Area: The building will be constructed on a 12-acre plot of land.
    • Building Design:
      • Two-storey building with classrooms, administrative offices, library, computer lab, and science lab.
      • Sanitation facilities including separate toilets for boys, girls, and staff.
      • Playground and sports facilities.
      • Adequate lighting, ventilation, and furniture in all classrooms.
      • Drinking water facilities and rainwater harvesting systems.

    Phases of Construction:

    • Phase 1: Site Preparation and Groundwork (Excavation, Levelling)
    • Phase 2: Foundation Laying
    • Phase 3: Structural Construction (Walls, Roof, Staircases)
    • Phase 4: Interior Work (Plumbing, Electricals, Flooring)
    • Phase 5: Finishing (Painting, Furniture Installation, Landscaping)

    Timeline:

    • Start Date: April 2023
    • Estimated Completion Date: November 2025

    Budget:

    • Total Estimated Cost: ₹25.42 Crores
    • Funding is sourced from Government of India & Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.
